  • Our lovely oak boards are natural products...wood, so try not to leave them submerged in water or exposed to direct heat.
  • After use hand wash or hose down your boards with water and soap making sure to drain well.
  • Anti-bacterial spray can be used.
  • If you like to keep your boards looking smart we recommend that you regularly oil them with an anti-bacterial food safe oil.
  • Always follow general hygiene standards for using food on wood surfaces.
  • RoughStuff is not responsible for how you use your board.

The RoughStuff boys are showing off their latest oak boards and buffet displays at Hotelympia in that London's Excel.

Pop by to say hello and have a look at our new oak gastronorm display boxes which double up as crates and display boxes.

We've also designed a display box for cider and beer boxes, ideal to display by the bar.

The Restaurant Show

Matt and Charles had a great 3days at the Restaurant Show at Olympia. We caught up with old friends and met lots of new chefs and restaurateurs.

It was a great opportunity to present new ideas; new boards, our steel and oak furniture and the new cold smoker recently installed in The Bricklayers Arms.
