The Restaurant Show

Matt and Charles had a great 3days at the Restaurant Show at Olympia. We caught up with old friends and met lots of new chefs and restaurateurs. 

It was a great opportunity to present new ideas; new boards, our steel and oak furniture and the new cold smoker recently installed in The Bricklayers Arms.
