We work with local councils to design and make benches for parks and urban places using locally sourced oak. All our benches are handmade by the in-mates of The Mount Prison.

Settles

The RoughStuff Settle is based on the traditional design of the high backed seat but with a modern twist. The settle was originally used in farm house kitchens to protect you from cold drafts coming from under the door.

We make a single and double seater suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Handmade from English oak.

Steel legged oak tables and stools

Our new range of contemporary tables and stools are handmade from solid lumps of English oak. The legs are made from square tubed industrial steel with a rough finish. They look great and will never break.

From initially designing and making food displays, we have made a natural progression to making beautiful oak tables and benches for interior and exterior use.


We take on commission work and we’re currently developing our own ranges for bars and restaurants.
